About the Role

As an Operations Analyst, you will analyze, monitor and enhance all functions of the business in order to improve the client experience and grow the Company. You will work closely with the owner and leadership team, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the company's operations, processes, and strategies. You will rotate through various departments, including Finance/Accounting, Compliance, Marketing, Communications and IT, to develop a deep understanding of the business. This role is ideal for someone with a diverse skill set, a passion for learning, and the ambition to grow into a leadership position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years work experience in finance, real estate, IT, or other relevant fields

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in a business related field

  • Must meet National and State licensing requirements

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

• Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's mission and goals. Provide clear direction to the executive team and ensure consistent execution of the company's strategic plan.


• Gain a deep understanding of the day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across the organization. Develop best practices to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.


• Develop new strategies to enhance the company's financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Work with management to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.


• Identify new business opportunities and markets. Create efforts to expand the company's reach, whether through organic growth, partnerships, or acquisitions.


• Assist in developing training materials and conducting sessions to ensure that current and future employees understand new processes, technologies, or compliance requirements.


• Enhance current technology solutions such as our Loan Origination System (LOS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Automated Underwriting System (AUS) and others.

Compensation

$60,000-$135,000 Per Year
