Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years work experience in finance, real estate, sales, or other relevant fields

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in a business related field

  • Must meet National and State licensing requirements

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills

  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

• Analyze asset, income, credit, liability, and other relevant financial documentation from clients in order to implement the best mortgage solution available.


• Consult with clients about current and future real estate/mortgage needs to help them achieve their long-term financial goals.


• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as Realtors, Builders, Financial Advisors, and the community at large.


• Explain varying loan products, the buying or refinancing process, and lending underwriting guidelines to current and prospective clients.


• Travel to various mortgage/real estate events and conferences in order to grow the business and obtain new clients.


• Maintain a strong grasp on the current financial and real estate markets, interest rates and regulatory landscape in order to properly advise clients.

• Develop marketing strategies through various outlets such as social media, email and event planning.

Compensation

$60,000-$295,000 Per Year
