About the Role

The Branch Manager position is for an experienced mortgage professional capable of training, managing and motivating a team of Loan Officers. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Branch Manager will also work closely with Management to develop, oversee and maintain the long-term business strategies of the Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and the local community.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years work experience as a Licensed Loan Officer (Retail or Broker)

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in a business related field

  • Must meet National and State licensing requirements

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

• Manage the daily operations of the branch, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.


• Lead, motivate, and guide a team of Loan Officers by setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.


• Maintain a strong grasp on the current financial and real estate markets, interest rates and regulatory landscape in order to properly advise both your team and the clients they serve.


• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure branch employees have the knowledge, skills, and resources to perform their roles effectively.


• Develop, oversee and maintain the long-term business strategies of both the company and the branch.


• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility, build professional relationships, and monitor industry trends.


• Continuously assess and improve operational processes to streamline workflow, reduce processing times, and enhance the customer experience.




Compensation

$70,000-$400,000 Per Year
